I'm a fan of Firenze Pizza. I like what they stand for, their heart to give back got the local community, and their commitment to good food. Recently went back for more pizza and wings.
This is a great spot for family and friend gatherings. What kid doesn't love pizza, right? Especially if it's good pizza like Firenza. They also have a good bit of outdoor seating available which I will have to bring my pup with me next time.
They turn around fresh made to order pizza pretty quickly and love the concept of being able to see your pizza being made on the spot. The dough is awesome as well as their cheese. Seriously. I can't get enough of the nice chewiness of the pizza dough/crust and their good quality cheese. Man, their cheese is really good. Seriously. You can taste the difference. Trust me.
My fav pizza hands down is the Chipotle Chicken pizza but they also have a pretty extensive pizza options along with being able to customize your own if you prefer being adventurous. I like the sauce they top the chipotle chicken pizza. I appreciate that they are generous with the pizza toppings when you get the pizza.
They also have chicken wings on their menu. I really like the Caribbean jerk run and buffalo ones. The chicken wings are never dry.
We wanted to try their pasta but they were out of that the evening I was there.
Service has always been good when I've come here.
Definitely check them out. A 3 minutes turnaround pizza cooked their in their cool massive open fire oven. Who wouldn't want a quicker turnaround on your pizza. They are located in the shopping center with Sprouts and Menchies frozen yogurt. -

Good pizza, bad employees...
I finally got to try this place for the first time last night. My daughter and I stopped by and she was very excited to try their pizza. She's six and when she told them how excited she was... they looked at her and you could tell they couldn't give a shit. At that point... I knew this may not be our kind of restaurant. We were their only customers the whole time we were in there, but their attitude towards us never changed. It was as if we had interrupted their solitude.
We settled on a simple pepperoni pizza and garlic bread sticks with cheese. It's a "Chipotle" style restaurant... so there were lots of delicious looking pizza topping choices, but I was lucky to get my little princess to even agree to pepperoni. I took my small victory and ran with it. She absolutely loved the pizza! The sauce is a little sweet on the first taste, but you get used to it and then like it. Neither of us were a huge fan of the "garlic bread sticks with cheese"... which is more like another small cheese pizza, cut into thin strips.
As I said though, my daughter loved the pizza and that was a huge victory! I liked it and would have liked it even more with more toppings. A lot of what they had looked really good. I can't give them higher than 3 stars however because of their service. We were the only ones there and you couldn't even smile at a 6 year old who was truly excited to try your restaurant for the first time. Maybe keep the pizza recipe, but bring in a fresh employee or two. -

Came here yesterday I got the 6 wings with chipotle and lime. They was very good and not at all spicy (I don't like spicy food). I thought that the wings came with celery sticks but didn't receive any. My boyfriend got the make your own salad. He ate a little bit and threw it away. I also got some breadsticks and here was one of the problems. The breadsticks was nasty with no flavor, no garlic rub, no sprinkle of cheese- nothing! Then I dipped it in the marinara sauce and it was even worse than the breadsticks! While sitting waiting on my food I tried the fountain drinks, all of them had a after taste. I believe they have cleaned out the soda machine or the other drinks that I believe had some type of red of grape juice or koolaid. Spent 24.79 for a much of mess

I would say about a year or so ago (maybe a little less, time flies), my sister asked me if I ever heard of Firenza. I was like nope. Then she said she had been there a few times for lunch (I guess it is near her office) and that GwinCo teachers got a discount or something. Since it didn't apply to me, whatevs.
Finally last week, we got to go as a family. I have heard a lot of things about this place since then, so I was glad to finally check it out for myself. Heads up, this is easy to see from the street, can be a little pain to access though.
When we arrived, we were the only people in there, which was good in a sense, but kind of wondered wtf everyone was @. I kept hearing about the amazing chipotle chicken pizza, but after looking at the menu, I changed.
You can either get a 10" or 14" here, which is cool you get the options. It was nice to see that you can get a 10" cheese for $6 here, you don't see that everyday in the brick oven pizza world. They sell beer too, but only 3 taps, so yea.
I ordered the 14" buffalo chicken, and I forgot to take off the onions, but I did omit the blue cheese (allergic), add bacon. We got all sorts of pies for the table, but that one was mine. I tried to get a Jekyll beer to drink, but he said they didn't have any. I don't think he knew what he was talking about, but whatever, I got a Yuengling instead.
I went to the bathroom and came back, my beer looked like someone drank out of it- so I accused my sister. She just said it was a lot of head. Moments later, our pizzas arrived. That was quick!
I took a bite, and I was impressed. It was a pretty decent pizza. The only thing were the onions, since it did cook so fast, the onions were still kind of raw. However, they were easy to pick off, so that wasn't a problem. I managed to eat 7 of the slices- I was nice enough to give a slice to sis. The pepperoni they said was great, but I only thought it was ok, but I am sure because my mouth was in tune with the buffalo chicken.
If you want some quick, Napolitano style pizza, then come on through. Would like to see this place more crowded. Plenty of seating indoor and out. They have an app too that has some cool deals. I am not sure about delivery though... -

I've eaten here twice and the pizza does not disappoint. Case in point, my first time at Firenza was Monday and I've been craving it all week and came back on Friday for dinner. The pizza comes out super quick and the prices are fantastic! For a personal 10" pizza with 4 toppings it's only $9. If you go with a simple pepperoni, it'll be $7. For a date, it'll set you back only like $21-$25 if you split a drink - win! PLUS, I usually can only eat half of my pizza so I have lunch for the next day - talk about value!
I love the pizza crust they use. It's honestly the best pizza crust I've had. Between the super greasy or too bready/dense crust at other pizza joints, Firenza's crust is a huge step up. It is a lovely blend of the perfect crunch outside and a soft, light and yet chewy inside.
I've tried both a custom 4 topping pizza and the Chipotle Chicken pizza and they both were honestly delicious and memorable in their own way. Their toppings are super fresh and the tomato sauce and even the chipotle sauce they use is surprisingly tasty. Sometimes sauces on pizza are just overly salty and taste like everything is drenched in salad dressing or cheap tomato paste, but not at Firenza.
Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I plan on continuing to come here and fully expect all other pizzas to pale in comparison to what I've had here.
